ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please complete all information required to insure you receive your order correctly.

2. Once you complete the required information on this page you can print it before going on to the next page to have a record of your purchase.

3. If paying by Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check please call 516-804-2835. Do not use this form.

4. Credit Card information is required on the next page and will be encrypted for your security. We will need your security code to process your credit card order. We cannot process any order without the credit card security code.

 

CONDITION OF SALE GENERAL TERMS Payment must be made in advance and may be handled by check, money order or Credit Card.  We DO NOT accept C.O.D. orders.  Orders are filled in the sequence in which they are received.   Occasionally shipments may be delayed pending more moderate weather conditions.   All offerings are subject to prior sale.  We reserve the right to withdraw any offering from sale and to limit quantities.  We guarantee all items to be true to identity to the best of our knowledge.  We make no warranty as to the productiveness of any item sold.  Our responsibility shall be limited to the purchase price, in any case.  Many states require tax to be charged on supplements. The appropriate sale tax will be added to your order. SHIPPING & HANDLING Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped UPS (5 - 7 day service).  Shipping is generally done within one week of receipt of order. Shipping and handling of ($7 - $18) will be added to all orders, depending on location and amount of product order, unless you live in a remote area.  Remote areas will be charged a little extra. Certain items are shipped separately, incurring a separate shipping charge. RETURN POLICY For items purchased at healthylivingtoday.org, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it, or offer you a refund based on your method of payment within 30 days from purchase date. For a replacement or refund: Include invoice number from the receipt sent via UPS. Include the batch number. This number is stamped on the bottom of each bottle. Multi-Packs have the batch number stamped on the outside box, usually on the top seal tape. Call us or send us an e-mail WATER PRODUCT RETURN POLICY We have a 30-day return period if the manufacturer's seal has not been broken or the product has been used in any way. No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date. If water products are UNUSED and the manufacturer's seal has NOT been broken the products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No refunds or credits will be issued if the manufacturer's seal is broken or the product has been used in any way. This includes water ionizers that have had water run through them. All other water products that have been used can NOT be returned.
